Review for Methodist Mansfield Ambulatory Surgery Center I recently contacted Methodist Mansfield Ambulatory Surgery Center to request copies of my medical records, and unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist, Patty, was very disappointing. From the beginning of the call, Patty’s tone was rude, short, and dismissive. MY whole experience was great. I was in for knee reconstruction surgery with Dr. Harris (FANTASTIC doctor) and everyone from Patty to the nurses and my doctor were fantastic. I filled out all the patient forms before my operation online which expedited the check-in process. They took great care of me in Pre-op and Post-op as well. I would highly suggest getting your surgery here!
Wonderful experience in the surgical center. Everyone was very friendly, calming and professional. Dale, in the recovery room, was patient and caring while I had a difficult time standing/sitting up. The whole experience would have been a 5 star except that Patty, the front receptionist, was very cold and acted as if my questions were irrelevant and irritating to her. Not a good first impression walking in, at all.
All the staff were absolutely excellent, especially Marina, who was responsive and very kind. I was nervous about having a procedure and she spent extra time to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be.
Made me go through ALL the effort to get ready to have a colonoscopy this morning, then as I was getting an IV started they called it off because one doctor of mine failed to remember to call another doctor of mine.
