My mother is a resident here. While I was visiting I personally witnessed an employee being slapped and verbally assaulted. Never in my lifetime have I witnessed such abuse. I can't imagine what the residents experience.

I was working for about 8 months, I never called off. I was always on time and I was always willing to work more hours, which they never gave me, because it was convenient for them. I came into work one day going to cook in the bistro area. I called at 6:30am in the morning. Miss Janice answered and transferred me to the Employee Sandra. Previous poor reviews of this facility are 100% accurate. This place steadily increases the costs to the resident and their family while basic services go by the wayside and significantly suffer. In particular, the nutritional needs of the residents are not being met. A sandwich for their primary source of nutrition at nearly every meal is not acceptable and when there are other items to choose from, they are cold, unappetizing or moldy.
