I recently had a negative interaction with Assistant Property Manager Keith Burks at the Laurel entrance parking lot. While experiencing issues with the parking arm not lifting despite my badge working, Mr. Burks approached me aggressively and rudely, demanding to know my employer, name, and parking number. Despite his confrontational manner, I responded calmly and respectfully, explaining the stuck arm. They took very good care of me while I was there for short term hospitalization after my surgery, especially Alicia the RN on duty for most of my stay. They’ve always been very attentive and helpful every time I’ve had to be there.
Dr. Koomar from Alamo Heights Medical referred me to this office and what a nice feeling to be treated so cordially the staff was kind efficient and very reassuring. Just like Dr. Koomar’s office and staff hopefully this keeps us as a team as I begin this weight loss journey. So Grateful
