Went to deposit a very large check. I had no idea that my accounts were closed due to a $6 dollars negative. She was very rude and short with me. Talked down to me. I was finally excited about having a credit union. All these previous reviews a true. TERRIBLE Customer Service. You don't treat people like that, especially when they are unaware of situations.

I love my credit union! It’s small and has a small bank feel but more personable!!

Worst credit union ever. No one answers the phone for customer support. You can’t directly keep up with balances through website/app because it rarely works. This is 2024 and their technology and customer service is outdated and lacking severely. Its a hassle to try and pay your credit card bill or keep up to date with accounts with MFCU.

I’ve been banking with the bank for two years in want give you any overdraft coverage won’t approve for the loan it’s a bad bank. I’m going to move my money today it’s not good in contacting customer Service you get no answer you have to call 100 times please don’t waste your time going to this bank even if you work their.
