TERRIBLE!!!!! everything . Customer Service, CANT never reach nobody . And it’s soooooo difficult to handle your business over the phone with them.
Customer service is horrible i have been trying to contact someone for three days when i got some one she was no help
Customer service is horrible!!! I called to pay off my loan and I was told to do it on the app. I explained that I was unable to do that at the time and then I was placed on hold. The woman came back to the phone and still proceeded to tell me do it on the app. I was then hung up on. I will never use them again!
Have a problem trying to change security code on the online access 24 so been trying to call and speak with someone in customer service keep been calling leaving messages for someone to call me back cause no one ever answer never got a call back nor will they answer the phone been calling for three days
