Never answer phone . Only open on 2 day a weeks
The tellers are nice when you are able to talk to them. However the website is always down. When the site isn't down I'm unable to make an online payment since they made changes to the site. I've also been calling to make an online payment (towards my credit card) for 5 days and all I've gotten is a voice-mail. I've have left 2 messages with no return call yet.
The app goes down way to much. Every week the system is down. You can't access your money online or speak to anyone. Its just ridiculous. So inconvenient. I just wish they would improve their customer service a little as well
The absolute worst credit union I've ever used! My money is "unavailable" at least twice a week. This does not happen during overnight hours, it's always at an inconvenient time. When I speak with a representative, it's "the system is down, check back later!" It's unbelievable that your banking system is always down!
