Sold me exactly what I needed, but better. Walked me through it all and gave me a good, better, best (with a strong emphasis on what they would do). 10/10 purchase. Was steered in this direction by a local, and would highly recommend.
I had two questions in total over the phone because I'm not local to the area and wanted to be sure if they had a particular item in stock before I make the trip. Unfortunately the sales rep got frustrated by interrupted me before I could explain my situation and didn't want to tell me the price of the item. Not impressed with customer service. I'm still a customer regardless if I'm on the phone or in person.
