I absolutely love your retractable screen. I use it several times a week, and it has held up extremely well. The only thing I would change is the screen color. I am not sure if a gray option is available, but that might help hide the ball burn marks. They are not visible when the projector is on, but they do stand out when the screen is down. Metech provided excellent customer service along with delivering on their brand promise of having high quality rollers and motors. I purchased a 16' wide roller and motor and the quality exceeded my expectations. There is no bending or sagging of the roller and the motor is engineered to handle a triple screen that is 16 ft wide by 10 ft high. The install is straightforward and is exactly as the instructions indicate.
Great product, even better value! I purchased a custom 16' motorized retractable screen 3 months ago as an upgrade for my garage golf setup. The impact screen is very high quality and the motor is powerful and quiet. The pricing was excellent and delivery time was amazingly fast.
