METechs provided excellent customer service in the purchase of a retractable golf impact screen! I had numerous questions as this was my first purchase and they answered every single one of them. They also followed up after my purchase to receive feedback on their product and see if I needed any support. With that, I would highly recommend purchasing products from them.
Great service and product. Bought several screens and motors to create golf simulator in my garage and it's worked flawlessly.
I picked up the Metech roller motor system for my golf simulator and went with the Metech roller at about 15 feet long. Initially, I used my own impact screen, an Amazon special that cost a fraction of the price. It worked, but after upgrading to Metech’s Pro Impact Screen, the difference was night and day. The sound alone is a huge upgrade. Ball impact is dramatically quieter compared to the Amazon screen, and there’s almost no rebound at all. I am not an easy person to be pleased or impressed by something, but for this product I am very happy, operating is easy, as for the motor it is the best, almost quit, not disturbing noisy when opening or closing, it is smooth and soft. I have one observation: to bend the track 90 degrees, it doesn't work, I suggest that you make a 90-degree angle connection (its leg can be 4 or 5 inches) to connect two straight tracks. Process to order the screens for my gazebo based outdoor golf simulator was efficient and easy. Product fit perfectly into the gazebo and is working great. Will work the Metech again!
