Great place for seniors. Either full time or just for care.
My parents had had the pleasure of calling Metcalfe Gardens their home for their last few years, and I can confidently say it was a truly wonderful experience for them—and for our entire family. Our Dad was a resident at Metcalfe Gardens for only a few months but in that short time residents and staff made him feel immediately at home. We had to find him a home somewhat urgently and Rhonda from the beginning was so kind and helpful. Dad had exceptional care from all staff. We are grateful he was able to spend his last few months in such a comfortable and caring atmosphere. We thank each and everyone of you at Metcalfe .

After a thorough review of the retirement homes in St. Thomas, we chose Metcalfe Gardens for mom. Mom worked in a retirement home for over 20 years as a nurse and knows how things should be run. She's happy and says the staff have been terrific. Not to mention the great food options that leave her feeling quite satisfied.
