Stay away! Metcalf has not a clue on how to handle E2 Treaty Investor Visas and you should consider an alternative attorney when pursuing an E2 visa. Between August - December 2009, Metcalf messed up our case, made numerous mistakes in the cover letters and included incorrect addresses on correspondences to USCIS.
