I received PT here for plantar fasciitis recently. Connor was my physical therapist and did a great job of helping me to manage my condition. Everyone at the facility is very friendly and kind. The facility itself is never crowded and clean. Thank you Jeffrey, Joe, Connor and Lexi! :)
I just completed 2 months of therapy for a torn meniscus. I had difficulty walking any distance without pain. Jeffery worked with me 3times a week using both massage and strengthening exercises. I am now able to return to walking 2-3 miles per day and do yoga classes. I cannot recommend Meta Movement more highly for their professionalism, care and personal connection to each patient. They are simply terrific!
The physical therapy I received at MetaMovement was excellent. My orthopedist suggested I try pt for my torn meniscus so I could avoid surgery. The therapy I received really helped me to become stronger. I no longer have the pain I did when I walked in. The program I was given was perfect for me to help me heal from my injury. Joe was very knowledgeable and explained what I needed to do and why. The facility was clean and had a warm friendly atmosphere. Everyone there was amazing!
Joe ,my Physical Therapist provided the most thorough evaluation of my injury. He devised a plan that enabled me to get back to all my activities without surgery! I am happy to say , after 2 months of PT 2x a week and doing the exercises 2x a day at home, I am back playing tennis, golf and pickle ball. He is professional and very encouraging. I was impressed with the one to one care provided. This facility is spotless and offers a wide variety of equipment to aide in your full recovery.
Initial consult was well reviewed to make an effective PT plan. By the 3rd visit, I felt like Norm in Cheers. They welcomed me and everyone esle by name as you walked in the door. They gave me confidence immediately that I was in knowlegdable and caring hands. And they were.
