The physical therapy I received at MetaMovement was excellent. My orthopedist suggested I try pt for my torn meniscus so I could avoid surgery. The therapy I received really helped me to become stronger. I no longer have the pain I did when I walked in. The program I was given was perfect for me to help me heal from my injury. Joe was very knowledgeable and explained what I needed to do and why. The facility was clean and had a warm friendly atmosphere. Everyone there was amazing!
Joe ,my Physical Therapist provided the most thorough evaluation of my injury. He devised a plan that enabled me to get back to all my activities without surgery! I am happy to say , after 2 months of PT 2x a week and doing the exercises 2x a day at home, I am back playing tennis, golf and pickle ball. He is professional and very encouraging. I was impressed with the one to one care provided. This facility is spotless and offers a wide variety of equipment to aide in your full recovery.
Initial consult was well reviewed to make an effective PT plan. By the 3rd visit, I felt like Norm in Cheers. They welcomed me and everyone esle by name as you walked in the door. They gave me confidence immediately that I was in knowlegdable and caring hands. And they were.
Jeff and his team helped me with a nagging shoulder injury that was keeping me from weightlifting for several months. I tried endless rehab exercises and routines on my own, but didn't get relief until I started going to MetaMovement. Jeff created a personalized plan for me, which quickly got me on the road to recovery. Now I'm back at 100% and able to resume all of my normal activities.
Best physical therapy I have ever experienced. Jeff is amazing. He helped me regain mobility and strength following a total knee replacement and fracture.
