Unprofessionalism in Staff. Let me start to say Customer Service is the must vital asset for any customer service business. It can make a business and wreck a business. Today my brother mother;s boyfriend and myself went Spa shopping for my mother birthday gift. This salon/spa was our fourth look. Recently had my hair done by Lee Fizer. She did a great job!!! Paula waxed my eyebrows and they look fab!! I will def. be going back. Everyone this is so friendly.
I love metamorphosis spa. they have great costumer service!! they make sure that they take care of their costumers. Paula , the owner,does the best waxes. She makes sure that she takes her time to get the best results for her clients as possible. she's best in the county, She did my micro-dermabrasion and the results were incredible. she's is very sweet gurl. Barbara and jason are one the best hairstylests there. whatever you ask them to do, they do it good. I feel very at home when i go there.
