I have had two services so far at Metairie Med Spa and have been very happy with both. The estheticians are warm and welcoming and I am always been pleased with the outcome. I look forward to many more visits.
Everyone was so kind and welcoming when I spoke with them about my lip filler appointment. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident with the process. They also worked with my schedule to find the best day for me, which I really appreciated.
I know I work there but let’s just say I found my eyebrow girl for life!
I highly do not recommend this place for African Americans seeking laser hair removal. I suffered second-degree burns during treatment. The staff was aware of the incident and repeatedly contacted me afterward, offering creams to help, at first I didn’t know I had second degree burns until I was rushed to the emergency room but the burns were so severe and resulted in permanent skin damage. I am a well established client at Metairie Med Spa. I have done facials, wax, Botox, weight loss program. I have bought skin care products. I have referred many friends as I have always been very pleased with the level of professionalism, and customer service received by the staff. Until recently, when I interacted with a woman who very abruptly came on the phone and made it clear she was the owner of the place. I had to ask who she was as she did not identify herself.
