The first time I came, Bella was on time and it was the best facial ever. The second and third time they have been over half an hour late (since Bella no longer works there). They specifically made sure I could make it for 130 and I rearranged my schedule to ensure that. I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes with no update. Then was told “a few more minutes” at 148.
