I’ve been using this bank for 3 years my card was charged twice at a gas station they denied my dispute and I was over charged at a restaurant had the receipt and was denied and was told to contact the restaurant corporate office even thought the teller cut up the bank card that was used and gave me a new one I will be moving to another bank and I was told that I couldn’t dispute any charges on my account after this I’ve never heard of anything like this before
