customer service is terrible. Made a 3000.00 cash withdrawal without asking for ID of any kind! Metairie location. Mandeville location, NSF a check that had sufficient funds in other accounts to cover 30.00$., after I called them about the said check. Have closed all my accounts there and they could care less.
Long Beach, MS 9/20/2013 If they had a negative star I would give it to this bank. It is seldom that I will put anything this bad about any business. So I go into this bank get a cashiers check on the bank account from a check given to me by a customer. They issue me a cashiers check drawn from this customer's account and charge me $25 knowing that I wanted to cashiers check for immediate funds.
