Their products were referred to me by my primary to treat a pretty bad case of SIBO. So, needless to say I wanted this sooner rather than later. Upon placing my order it said It would be delivered within 9 business days. Placed the order May 25th and got confirmation it was approved. Never heard a word after that. I have used Metagenics products for about 5 years using both third-party vendors and purchasing directly from the company. I generally like their products, but I am dissatisfied with a recent order from the company made on July 7, arriving on July 17 with product that required a cold pack (for which they charged extra). This is not acceptable service in my opinion and I have received no response to these concerns. I will be talking with my practitioner about other options.

Doctors may like it, but terrible service for patients. I experienced a system error where it duplicated an order 7 times so far. I've been completely unable to get the problem resolved and get my money back so far. They are not receptive to assisting. They also have an F rating with the BBB. Providers really need to consider if this company is best for their customers.

I have an account but tried to use my other credit card which the software wouldn't take. Bad experience since I couldn't get my order and no customer service on Saturdays. Did they have a cyber attack? Ann Ryan

Great products for wellness and overall health. I have used Metagenics for over 10 years and would recommend them to all my clients and friends. Quality products and extensive testing !
