David and Melissa are completely client focused and truly care about the health of their clients. I have had my VO2 max and DEXA scan there and it really opened up my eyes. They were encouraging and never judgmental. Never told me what I “should” do. Always consultative. Always empathetic. I am healthier because of visiting this practice.
Metafit RX is on another level. David, Melissa, and Chris are all incredible—super knowledgeable and genuinely care. The amount of data they provide is insane: DEXA scans, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate, bone density, and more. The expertise, the detail, the experience—just ridiculous in the best way.
I had an amazing experience at MetaFitRx--- I got a DEXA scan, RMR test, and VO2 max test. I worked with Dave, Melissa, Chris, and Emma and they were all super knowledgeable and helpful. They spent time explaining my results to me in person but also have responded to my emails with follow-up questions. They make the whole process seamless, explaining every step of the way.
