I recently completed a DEXA scan and VO₂ max test and had a fantastic experience. I was a bit nervous about the VO₂ max test, but David and Chris were incredibly encouraging and guided me through the entire process. Afterward, Chris took the time to review my results in detail and explained everything thoroughly. I’m excited to apply this information to my run training!
It was my first experience doing the Dexa scan and VO2 max and Chris was very good at making me comfortable with the procedure and then taking his time to explain the results. I'm very glad to have gone through the procedures and look forward to trying to improve my numbers with their detailed exercise protocols and then going back to measure my progress after continued training.
