Had a great experience with the owners Melissa and David. We measured my body fat %, metabolic rate, and VO2 max with the goal of getting a clear baseline on these markers ahead of my ultramarathon training block. Will be back to check progress in a few months. Thanks!
I had very high expectation for the DEXA, RBR, and Metabolism Based eating assessment, and Metafitrx as a whole. Expectations were far exceeded and I fully recommend Metafitrx. I have a rare disorder and need a plan and a way to track progress of any muscle growth and or fat loss (and this breaks it down by body area). The RBR showed that my body was burning 70% fat for fuel and it should be 50/50, carbs/fat, this allowed us to determine I was not eating enough. Emma is the best! I did all 3 tests, RMR, DEXA scan, and VO2 max. Emma made me feel welcome / comfortable during the entire process, and helped me feel motivated during the VO2 test, and explained my results / recommendations thoroughly. I have struggled with weight loss due to an autoimmune disease and I now feel much more confident / clear with my next fitness steps for my weight loss goals. Thank you Emma! :)
