Guy driving the Meta care van on 20 going east this morning was driving like a monster, and NOT even trying to get someone to a hospital. I would never trust this company to transport me anywhere at any time of the day. if it was possible to give zero stars I would.
MetaCare transported my wife from a skilled nursing facility to a heart failure doctor's office for an appointment. Phoenix, the lead transporter and her associate did an excellent job during the transport. Phoenix has extraordinary communication skills and was able to get responses from my wife that even I could not get. From my wife's responses elicted by Phoenix, the doctor was able to determine that my wife was dehydrated, which was causing her sluggishness and non-responsiveness that day.
