The program is fantastic and really does work. They are super encouraging and helpful. I fell off for personal reasons, but I intend to get right back into it as soon as possible. I was thrilled with my progress while I was actively following the program.

MRC is an amazing program for weight loss.Debbie, who manages the business, is so supportive, knowledgeable, and organized. I am so proud of my success and feel the protein products are delicious. I must admit that I am especially fond of the chocolate and cappuccino products which really help with some of my cravings. The protein bars are also so delicious!!!!
