Debbie is rude and unhelpful. She doesn't respond to emails and is poor at communicating overall. Her disposition is indifferent. When I was participating in the program her demeanor changed from nice and supportive to unconcerned and careless. I felt abandoned and used for my money. She failed to tell me about the weekly prizes that I could win if I spin the wheel. Another staff member had to tell me about it. At my check-ins, she'd barely smile or say a word to me.
