If you are looking for a place to help you loose weight, MRC is awesome. I lost of a 100lbs. I can't thank the MRC team enough for there supporting and guidance. After 30 years of being over weight, I lost the it. It amazing the things I can do now. Thank you MRC for always being there.
Patti and Feli are wonderful to work with. They have been very patient with me through my down times. I lost 65 pounds last year, so much so that I was able to postpone a total knee replacement surgery that I had scheduled! I stopped for a while and gained some back, but they always have the best encouraging words and advice. I highly recommend MRC to anyone thinking about giving it a shot! It’s life changing!
