It has been a great experience for me I have loss over 50lbs. slowly but steady. Love the protein shakes -love the staff - so encouraging even when I have had a slow week. Love the recipes and all the advice, I need to weigh in every week helps me not cheat. Never feel pressured to buy things, the staff always make great suggestions for my body and needs to continue to lose weight.
