I started my weight loss journey on Halloween 2018. I love this place (Milwaukee MRC) and the Ladies at the center are absolutely the BEST!! They are all so friendly, and encouraging, and honestly genuinely excited for ME and my progress!! Always helpful and happy to see me! They truly make me feel important! I look forward to seeing their smiling faces every week!! I joined in Feb of 2018 feeling I needed help and was 60 plus pounds overweight. I'm down that 60 lbs and now in maintainance and feeling great! I have more energy, feel so good about myself and happy to have made the choice to join their program! The gals at the Milwaukie center are wonderful.
