Tammy and Ruth were always available to give useful tips as well as much needed encouragement. If you are very self-motivated to lose weight and have the ability to cook at home (or a spouse who will help/do it for you), this place may help you. If you’re looking for someone to keep you accountable all the time and be there more for you than a weekly weight in, you will probably not benefit much from this program.
