I would highly recommend the Midland, Tx area for anyone looking to loose weight or proper nutrition and weight training. Kylee has been great in helping me loose the weight that I had tried for years to loose. He has been very informative on helping me with this and encouraging as well. I feel that I have not only lost the weight but am learning how to continue a lifestyle not just a diet program. Please don’t get discouraged but give them a call, it will definitely be worth it.
Kyle is the best person working there. Always supportive and ready to listen. Helps with all the needs with menu planning and how to implement and improve upon. Reasonable prices and all together would recommend to my family and friends
