I have been on program for a little more then 10 months. In that time I have lost 85 lbs! It could have been more but I struggle with diet a little. But even when I struggled Mrs Debbie has always been super supportive and encouraging! The products are great and I look forward to losing another 70 lbs and hitting my goal! Thanks to Debbie and MRC I know it's possible!
