So you know when something is just made for you? That is MRC for me! I am now 67.2 lbs down 100+ days in. I have 32 lbs to go for my goal. Jesse Cooper is magic! The whole crew is absolutely fantastic! I am not doing the GLP route, and the program is tailored to you. This was way easier than I thought it would be. I am now retired so that really has helped. Stress is a real block when trying to take care of number1! Which is you by the way! The guidance from MRC is phenomenal! I love the new me!

Nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Im about 5/6 months in and almost 60 pounds down. It has been a super easy ride. Very well supported, and an incredible meal plan that is well rounded and easy to follow.
My wife and I both are on a weight loss journey with Jessica and Metabolic Research center. We have both lost weight and plan on staying with the program. The meal plan is easy to follow and they give you suggestions that are very helpful. I think the most important thing to understand is that you didn’t get to the place you are overnight, so don’t expect to get to your goal overnight. It takes time. But it is worth it.
MRC has turned out to be so much more than I was expecting when I joined. Jess has been a real guiding light for me as I've come to realize this journey is more about true wellness and sustainability, not just weight loss. Everyone at the Eugene office is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and encouraging. I am half way to my goal and feel so much better than I have in a long time. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to lose some weight and better their health. Thank you so much Jess and Pam!!
