I called MRC lost, without hope, low self worth, just miserable. I wasn’t living life I was just going through the motions. I met with Megan and my journey began! The program is easy to stick to. The protein shakes and bars are delish, the support is amazing! I slowly found my self worth, my joy and happiness! Life is no longer passing me by, I am actively participating! I am in my 50’s and I feel better than I did in my 20’s. I have lost a little over 75 pounds!
