Great advice. Encouragement w every visit
The program is wonderful and I’m excited to be losing the weight and inches. It’s not hard to stick to the foods you’re supposed to eat. Sheryl is the most helpful person and huge motivator.
I love MRC! It is the only program that has worked for me. It’s easy to follow and the staff is awesome and so encouraging!!
MRC is a great program. If you are not sure about starting the program just go in and talk with the coaches and ask questions. The coaches are wonderful and work with you in every step of the way. You will not regret starting this program it is life changing in a wonderful way. So far I’ve lost 44 pounds and I’m so close to my goal. I’ve learned so many things that will help me stay healthy for the rest of my life. Take the first step, you’re worth it. I absolutely love Dothan MRC team! They truly care.
