My experience has been amazing! I have had wonderful support from Jana and Hailey who keep me motivated on a weekly basis. Meal plan is easy to follow and I am able to mix things up and create my own meal from the requirements. There are plenty of recipes posted online that can be incorporated into meal prep days.
