The staff there are amazing! Stacy is my go to! She has encouraged me and guided me through bikini body prep for every vacation for the last 5 years!!! She is very knowledgeable and stays on top of all the latest and greatest weight loss and maintenance trends. I cannot recommend this clinic enough! They always come through!
My advice is to never give up! There will always be ups & downs however that’s life. The staff here is amazing! The program works if you work it. I’ve been working this program for 5 years - for the most part I’ve maintained my initial 30 lb loss. Sometimes it’s a struggle - then I just get back on track. Most of all I don’t give up and weighing in once a week keeps you from slipping too much. The ladies there are amazing and they will be your biggest fans!
