My advice is to never give up! There will always be ups & downs however that’s life. The staff here is amazing! The program works if you work it. I’ve been working this program for 5 years - for the most part I’ve maintained my initial 30 lb loss. Sometimes it’s a struggle - then I just get back on track. Most of all I don’t give up and weighing in once a week keeps you from slipping too much. The ladies there are amazing and they will be your biggest fans! What are you waiting for? 🤗🥰

MCR is a great place. The staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. They are always there if you need to talk about anything.Follow the plan and you will get results.I highly recommend them.
