I went into this thinking and feeling like this would be a good experience to learn more about what they offer and what techniques are used to lose pounds as rapid as most have . I was greeted warmly and asked to fill out a few sheets of paper by one woman. I finished and was escorted to the back to be weighed and learn about the program by another .
