Lack of communication. From when movers were arriving to packers. I was told packers were coming one day and movers the next day. Everything was done in one day. Packers were getting sloppy in the end of day dropping stuff, for got to pack stuff had to come back the next day to finish packing, and had to make another trip back because they forgot boxes.
