I have been at this for over a year. This form named we as a defendant in a motor vehicle accident that involved a vehicle I did not own. He claim “they don’t always get it right with their due diligence”. After providing him proof that I did not own the vehicle he claimed to have removed me as a party to the lawsuit. However a year later I am still being named a party. I have reached out via email since with no response. Hopefully this review gets some attention.
