Went to the TAL with Maitre Jean-Oliver Reed and had a horrible experience. He did not properly advise me in the case. He told me to show documents in court that resulted in a an extremely high compensation, unheard of in cases like mine. Even more concerning, he did not object to clear misstatements made by the tenant during the hearing. His overall handling of the case lacked strategic thinking and seemed more focused on prolonging the process than on achieving a fair outcome. This, of course, led to higher legal fees. I have had a very bad experience working with Me Melissa Lemieux in TAL (Tribunal Administratif du Logement). She "represented" me in court for a repossession file 726744. First she did not want to send the Notice to my tenant, saying better I do it. Later she did not check well which documents we had sent to the tenant's lawyer. When faced with the fact (in court) that the legal documents were incomplete - she basically blamed me afterwards, saying that I did not check well the documents sent to her (Me Lemieux) by email.
