I worked here for 6 months and realized how brutal attorneys can be and lack empathy. I was given a legal assistant position with no paralegal experience and expected to be a pro after 3 months. No proper training, no training manual from the trainer, so if you take a paralegal position here, make sure you are a very experienced one because they dont have time to explain everything in details.
