Rude employees, long waiting time, poor quality customer service. Edited to add that my review is in reference to my experience with the company overall. I was there last week and was treated very rudely by the employee I interacted with and, ultimately, was unable to have my needs met. I was rudely dismissed without explanation of what I can do to move forward, which should be a simple explanation for someone in this job post. The wonderful workers here are so polite and helpful. They went well out of their way to help me and explain a process that I was unfamiliar with. The manager used my situation as a teaching moment for other employees also and everyone was so kind. I’d go back to this messenger service every time
