I’ve used them several times and only had quick, good experiences.
Worst ever!
The employee was rude from the time we signed in until we left. She never smiled and had no compassion for our situation. She gave the impression that she really didn't want to help. I had 2 special needs young men with me. She also threatened to call the police if we didn't leave because she was upset that I told her she was rude.
Everyone there was very friendly
