I used this service for my son, to begin with they were great then after the first court date communication became extremely difficult. The cost was never discussed with us nor was a due date for it. We received the bill and was expected to pay within the wk. As said before we were not informed with a quote. When we tried contacting them to discuss payment we were received with " no questions, just pay".
