I had a wonderfully therapeutic massage experience with Matt. He thoughtfully worked though my tight neck and shoulders with a combination of massage and stretches that really helped loosen things up and reduce my pain and headaches for several days!! I'm very much looking forward to my next appointment

I'm so grateful to work with Matt! I walked in today with an extreme headache that was keeping me up all night for the past several days. I walked out with zero pain. With my first session, my right hip was able to become unlocked to the point where I was able to hike at Acadia National park for hours and get to the highest peak without any fatigue in my hips whatsoever. I will definitely come back to see Matt.
I have a complex chronic pain condition I am receiving physical therapy for and my doctor recommended Matt as additional treatment. The style is not like a "typical" massage, more like a sports massage, or message therapy so Matt knows exactly what your body needs. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and patient as he works through my muscle layers like peeling an onion. Genuinely a great person who wants you to feel better.
