This is the place! Matt is tremendous. Truly understood my specific needs and addressed them with care. On top of that price is great, top tier service without the exorbitant price.
I'm so grateful to work with Matt! I walked in today with an extreme headache that was keeping me up all night for the past several days. I walked out with zero pain. With my first session, my right hip was able to become unlocked to the point where I was able to hike at Acadia National park for hours and get to the highest peak without any fatigue in my hips whatsoever. I will definitely come back to see Matt.

The style is not like a "typical" massage, more like a sports massage, or message therapy so Matt knows exactly what your body needs. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and patient as he works through my muscle layers like peeling an onion. Genuinely a great person who wants you to feel better.

Ashley did a phenomenal job treating my shoulders, scapula, rotator cuffs, forearms, hips, low back and even toes! After just a one-time sports message treatment I noticed improvements in posture, strength, mobility and balance.
