Went five times to get a car registered because the guy didn't sign all five of his names and got ticketed when it was the guy that owned the car

Showed up a few min before they closed on a friday, of course they had the doors locked and wouldn't let me in. I just needed another trailer plate since I lost mine, maybe would have taken a whole 10 min. But it's a government agency....wouldn't expect any less from them
The place is always packed. Kudos to the staff for getting everyone handled quickly.
