Me and my mom went to file our taxes with this office. The tax filer told us our return was filed, but it actually wasn’t, which caused all of our benefit payments to be delayed. When we tried to follow up, he was never available, and the staff only answered with “ok, ok” but did nothing to help. The whole experience felt very careless and unprofessional. It also seemed like his workers were just covering for him, which I felt bad about. Very disappointing service . I will never go back.
