I booked my appointment for massage online almost 3 weeks in advance and got several confirmation emails leading up to the date of my appointment still saying everything was set and all that. Then, only 3 hours before my appointment I get a very unprofessional text stating that my appointment had been cancelled and that they could not see me at the other location for another week. I don’t get too many massages because I’m usually disappointed. I like a hard massage and even when I ask, I usually don’t get it (except for the rare times when they decide to full on abuse me). I asked for a hard massage at Mesa Spa and it was perfect. Best massage I’ve ever had.
Very relaxing and professional environment. Great massage. Will definitely return.
