I have been coming to Mesa for my prenatal massages and they have been outstanding. I love the relaxing and therapeutic environment this place cultivates. Plus it always smells so gorgeous in there! Special mention to Ruby, who addresses my pregnancy pains/concerns with such expertise. I leave looking forward to the next treatment. I can’t wait to come back postpartum!

The saunas are the absolute best around-so spacious & serene & all their practitioners are so knowledgeable & incredible at what they do. The beautiful aesthetics & details only add to the blissful experience of peace & surrender, making you feel as if you’re on a Bali retreat. I float out of there everytime on a cloud of calm & stillness.↔️
I honestly have the most amazing experience anytime I visit Mesa. From massages, saunas, ice baths, holistic facials .. I fear any treatment you book in for you will become addicted to. The most caring and wholesome self care sanctuary x
