Totally and completely incompetent. In 2017 I had to hire a second accountant to resubmit the return filed by this firm. The IRS, mistakenly, continued to correspond with Laura Rockas. It took this firm 7 YEARS to notify the IRS that they were no longer representing me. Even the IRS could not believe how badly my case was mismanaged.
These people did my taxes for 2 to 3 years. In that time I never once met the accountant who signed my tax return. I kept meeting with a flunky who kept asking me the same stupid questions. I've paid taxes for 50 years, I know what the IRS expects of me. If the accountant had actually met with me and asked me meaningful questions, I would not have had to hire a second accounting firm to redo my return. I paid to have my 2017 taxes done twice, but the second accounting firm got me a $7,000.00 refund.

I’m disappointed with how I was treated on the phone call when calling to try to speak with an advisor. I was rudely addressed and hung up on by the receptionist.
