We just purchased our 2nd play system with Merry Time, after moving. They are constructed to hold up and last! The hardware used is much better quality than what you would find at a typical big retail store. we also love supporting a local business that hand crafts the product, especially since it is of such high quality. Absolutely would not purchase from them again nor recommend. The install went on with a few issues and as I tried resolving it with the owner my problem with this company grew even larger. I posted my issues on a review with Google and instead of the owner reaching out to me, he had a law firm send me a cowardly "cease and desist" letter accusing me of hurting his business. I just stated what happened, the business refusing to acknowledge it is what's hurting the business.
I've bought a play set, trampoline and basketball hoop and love everything about it! They were more then helpful with everything and anything we needed and the quality is perfect! My kids are happy which makes me happy! The team was nice, quick, helpful and willing to work with us as to what we needed!
We love our Merry Time Play System! It has really grown with our family of 5! Our sons love the swings and monkey bars and our daugther loves the sandbox and air pogo. It was really fun to go to the showroom to customize our set.
We had an excellent experience! So enjoyed our visit to the showroom. We were even given a tour of the shop in the back to see how they were made and the materials used and all of our questions were answered. We did buy our set at the end of the season and received a fantastic discount. They were great on delivery and installation! The grandkids were thrilled! I would highly recommend this company for an outstanding product and it is top quality!
Unfortunately I have had a similar experience as the previous reviewer. Except that I never had an initial polite conversation with anyone. I have been sending emails and leaving voicemails for this company repeatedly for months now with no response whatsoever. I have sent and left detailed messages inquiring about making modifications to an existing Merrytime Play System. He was so polite and nice at first, willing to help answer my questions and help add components to my play station. Waiting for finalization, he finally called me two weeks later and told me that he would not even bother helping me, because all of the people who want new systems get assisted first! He expected me to wait a month before he would help me further.
