So sad. I had been stopping and shopping at this store for years and often take my friends on our way to Memphis for a shopping day. My last visit we were obviously followed throughout the store to make sure we were not stealing their merchandise. It wouldn’t be so bad if they were at least pretending to be there to help you but that was not the case. I was going to leave a review to say that I was profiled in this store, but I see that several other people had the same experience. While here, an employee hovered within 10 feet of me to watch and see if I would steal the entire time. I confronted the owner before I left, but she clearly continues her profiling practices. I am a white woman, so at least they don’t discriminate according to your skin color. But if you look “poor” you will be followed.

It’s so nice to have a cute little shop like this here in Crittenden county. The staff has always been kind, courteous and helpful each time I’ve stopped in to shop. It’s the perfect place to go to when you need a last minute gift or a special occasion.

I’ve been to this place plenty of times, but the last few times have been strange. A friend of mine was holding our items while I ran into the bathroom, and they were quick to stereotype her. They acted like we were going to steal..And a short, older lady with brown hair and glasses was kind of stalking us around when we were browsing.
