Merritt **** attorney ****** ******* with was unhelpful, condescending, not courteous, and unprofessional. He kept repeating over and over and over and over that I needed to be persistent in contacting the problem company, though I have been very persistent by contacting them 1 to 3 times a week. Then he said I need to contact them daily! I then suggested that he send the company a letter. Mr. ******* said something like "We'll, OK. We can do that," as if he never thought of sending a letter. Ms. ***** isn't telling the complete story and is leaving out many vital parts. Ms. ***** contacted our firm with with questions about her legal matter. Through her *********** membership, she called to receive a legal consultation. Attorney ****** ******* advised her on the action that needed to be taken and how time-sensitive the matter was. Do yourself a favor and DON'T use this firm!. I have never interacted with so many rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, people in all my life. My impression of ********************* is he was very condescending, narcissistic, and unprofessional. He has a very smug disposition without the ability to have a professional conversation. He cuts you off mid sentence. THAY lied to me about every case by different lawyers. Could not handle car insurance claim refuse to do anything I think I have been scammed.
