I would like to raise a concern regarding the volume of the radio being played by a BC Transit driver while operating the bus. The radio was noticeably loud and could be distracting or uncomfortable for passengers. I believe maintaining a quiet and comfortable environment is important for everyone’s experience. Could you please clarify BC Transit’s policy regarding drivers playing the bus’s built-in radio while on duty? I would appreciate this feedback. Thank you.
Drivers are enjoyable.

I have always found Merritt transit very helpful.
