We hired this company to help fix our TVs, DVDs, remotes etc. After we purchased some equipment from them they were very helpful but once that equipment did not work they completely ignored us when we reached out to them. They seem to struggle with technical support...after we asked another company to look into it, it was fixed in an hour. Save yourself time and money and stay clear from these guys.
