I’ve been to the Tilton location many times for DOT physicals and drug screening. Have never had any issues. Wait times are reasonable and the staff is great!
I had scheduled an appt for a physical, drug test, and TB screen. I was flexible on dates and they scheduled me for a Thursday. First of all, I was at this place for over 2 hours, to be told they couldn't do the TB screening because they are closed Sat and Sun and they need me to come back. So now I have wasted over 2 hours at this place and still need to go back twice next week. The staff here did not inform me about this, they were well aware I was getting a TB test and didn't think. Came here for a drug test for a new employer. They were quick and friendly.
I got to the building at 8am which is the time that they open so I could be in and out for my drug test I figured it would be alright to go in. The door was locked and I was going back to my car to wait for someone to unlock the door. The lady who worked there said that it would be a minute so I waited outside in the rain for her to find her keys. My experience was subpar at this facility. I am a traveler working in Healthcare, and my company sent me here for an employer drug test. I waited over 15 minutes for the front desk woman to enter about 5 lines of information while she talked about her children's birthdays. The office was not busy, and there was no reason for the wait.
