Dont use for a financial institution! Pick a place that is willing to take care of the customers and also provide security for their money. My family and I were Merrimack Valley credit union costumers and we will be closing out all of our accounts due to the lack of help and security. I will always speak highly of MCVU but BrightBridge takes over and doesn’t even want to help their costumers. Go anywhere but here!
Jenifer from the Danvers location took the person in front of me no problem and then allowed someone that wasn’t doing anything basic to just cut in front of me all this while multiple employees walked by not helping with the line. Shouldn’t have to be in a bank for 20 mins to do a deposit that has at least 5 people not doing anything.
