I'm giving a one star, because why is this place closed on Saturdays.. most of us work all week? .. It makes absolutely no sense to me.....
It's my favorite credit union! I love it there, even though they completely changed everything.
This bank does not have convenient hours for those of us who work and need to do things after five or on weekends!! HOWEVER, Joyce B. In Seabrook is phenomenal! Please give her a raise!! I continue to be a customer at this bank because of her. She knows me by name and actually has a terrific conversation with me all the time!! She's fast and efficient. I wish I could bring people to meet her to understand what TRUE customer service looks like!!
