I hope the company realizes how lucky they are to have Michael Menas. I opened a BridgeBuilder account with him and he was great to deal with. Joyce was also a huge help and definitely made my experience even better. It's the people on the front lines everyday that make companies great. I hope the upper management sees that and takes care of their face to face employees.
I have been banking here for years when it was Merrimack Valley. The rates are good and the locations were always convenient for me. The Seabrook locations ATM has been broken every single time I go to the bank... with them not being open on Saturdays and closing relatively early on the weekdays, it makes it challenging to bank there. If it weren't for Joyce I would have switched banks. But - she brightens my day and I always enjoy seeing her <3
I'm giving a one star, because why is this place closed on Saturdays.. most of us work all week? .. It makes absolutely no sense to me.....
It's my favorite credit union! I love it there, even though they completely changed everything.
