This woman actually went so far as to say her boyfriend killed himself but he’s alive and well posting pictures on Facebook lol What trash this female is. I wouldn’t even call her a woman considering how mean and insulting she is as soon as you ask questions. I’ve always known the Otiminellis were garbage but this just proves it further. A thief and a liar. And calls children fat apparently.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. I was ripped off and sold a damaged floor sample for $1000 that she tried to pass off as a brand new dress. She then tried to only give me back $50 to compensate for her grimy business antics. She also swore up and down that her seamstress would be able to complete the alterations in time which was also a lie. I had to find a seamstress last min to alter the dress a week b4 the party. Please steer clear of this thief and buy ur dresses elsewhere
SCAM. bought a dress October 2022 never got the dress still to this day AND never got my money back because the dress is “still coming”… (i needed it January 2023) we are in 2024 i don’t need it anymore😭 she has a policy she won’t give a refund however I contacted sherri hill about the dress and found out it was never even ordered… but still no refunds allowed; she said i can use crest to buy a dress off her floor (which is tried on by everyone and has damage)… I still contact her about updates because the dress was expensi... read more

if i could give negative stars i would, i found my perfect prom dress and bought it that day. we were told that they would order it and it would be in in a few weeks. my dress got “delayed” and i never got it. less than a week before prom i still had no dress and was forced to pick out another one which i was able to keep. the dress i received was under half the price of the first dress and we never got any money back or the original dress despite calling and going in to the store multiple times to inquire
