Pathetic. It reminds me of Boiler Room. Amateurs. Two days and two long calls on hold to complete a wire transfer, because their antiquated website is not responsive to optimize for cell use. Wow!

Literally the worst brokerage firm I have ever worked with. They have locked my father in law out of his Merrill Edge Account for no reason and are refusing to reactivate it. My FIL, my wife and I, and his attorney have for the most part been largely ignored. They refuse to expedite, refuse to give to a supervisor, refuse to provide email addresses. He has been locked out for MONTHS and are in violation of countless PA laws and ethical conduct. Even reached out to Bank of America about it. No luck. Wow, just wow.
